RECOMMENDATIONS
To carry out the different tourist activities in the City of Cusco, it is advisable to wear comfortable or preferably trekking shoes, sunscreen, personal hygiene implements, sunglasses, a warm jacket, a camera, and a backpack to carry your important belongings on the tour, insect repellent.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Rates in DOLLARS. Includes legal taxes for Peruvian or resident passengers. This package is subject to availability and price adjustments due to availability. Rates are reconfirmed at the time of making the reservation. We need the embarkation and disembarkation point, for the pick-up schedule.
VALIDITY
Valid to book until January 1 to December 31, 2024.
Not Valid for special dates (Holy Week / National Holidays / Christmas and New Year). Ask our staff about the prices for these dates.
CONDITIONS FOR STUDENTS AND CHILDREN
Children Rate applies to children under 09 years, includes all services, minimum 1 paying adult.
Student Rate applies from 10 to 17 years old, includes all services, minimum 1 paying adult, or university students with a valid college ID (must show a picture, full name & expiration date).
RESERVATION POLICY
Due to the reservation policies of the providers, we require Individual reservations: Complete passenger data 30 days before the start of services. Group reservations: Preliminary list of passengers 60 days before the arrival of the group.
PAYMENT POLICY
The payment of the services must be made at 100% at the time of confirming the reservation to guarantee the spaces, consult with the reservations area our payment methods.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Date changes may be possible up to 30 days before departure with a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the package and according to the availability of tickets to Machupicchu.
The cancellation once the package has been reconfirmed by our reservation agents and all the purchase of the income has been made, hotel reservations, trains, and transportation as appropriate, a 50% non-refundable penalty will be applied.
In case of cancellation, 48 hours before the start of the package is considered like NO SHOW and 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The agency limits its liability for reimbursement for services not provided and failure to comply with the services contracted by us. Mapi Trips our company, nor by natural phenomena, diseases, war, quarantine, strikes, or by interventions by the Police, customs or health regulations or other factors beyond their control. The agency reserves the right to change any tour or excursion if it deems it necessary in order to provide a better travel experience. Mapi Trips is not responsible for the required visa or vaccination procedures.
