• Our meeting will be in the Plaza de Armas of Cusco according to the selected time.
• Our Cusco City tour begins with a visit to two points within Cusco City, these being the cathedral, where we will visit the Church of the Sagrada Familia and the Church of Triumph.
• Next is the temple of Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), the maximum expression of Inca architecture and engineering.
• Then our tourist transportation will take us to the upper part of the city to visit 4 important archaeological centers.
• Saqsayhuaman, an impressive Inca fortress, headquarters of the festival of the sun or Intiraymi with enormous stone blocks up to 9 meters high and 350 tons.
• Qenqo, Inca site where religious ceremonies were held.
• Pucapucara, or red fortress, is an ancient Inca construction with large walls, terraces, and staircases.
• Tambomachay, is an important archaeological center dedicated to the cult of water, and the resting place of the Inca ruler.
• Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, drop off and the main square.
